Random photo dump

So about 2 month or so ago I decided I wanted a change in our laundry room, at first I looked into giant gingham wallpaper...more of a buffalo plaid.  So cute.  And we have lockers so similar...oh I LOVE it..

(source Holly Mathis Interiors)

Then I had it priced...ummm NOT happening.  I had NO idea how spendy wallpaper was and having it hung.  Eegads.  Why is it my taste is always SO much for stuff like this?

Then I came across this playroom on a blog more recently.

and fell in love with the color scheme....

and then I was scouting for Meredith homes and stepped into this home of Rachel's...

Totally LOVED her style...

So this is what our laundry room now looks like, sorry only phone pics...

Serious laundry love...even Tommy commented on how "fun" our laundry room is now.  Gotta love that from a 15 year old.

Loved this...great reminder...

And the GREAT CLEAN OUT has begun...about 2 weeks ago..but I am hoping to get SO much done this weekend while Scott has ALL of the boys in OHIO and I am HOME ALONE...can still hardly believe the time I will have...

I will be sorting books...

working on organizing these shelves in the playroom that once contained ALL toys, really trying to limit the toys and donate a ton.  Max can only play with so much and the other boys don't play with toys so much...Jack legos and that is about it.

Below are some pictures I tool the last couple of days of summer....these are the things I really do miss when the big boys are at school.

Max and his buddy Hinckley hang out every Thursday...

Look who wants to comb his own hair after baths...

This is a funny, Max sings this song ALL the time so I saw this and sent
it to our boys.

 great reminder...

Another funny from Pinterest...so very true

Oh and this is the BUZZ around our house...and I do LOVE College Football.  Cannot believe I say that now, I never ever ever thought I would love football.  But college football, the Buckeyes for sure, I will watch on Saturdays and LOVE to cheer for them.  I am SO excited that ALL of our boys get to go to the game on Saturday.  What a cool blessing!

oh yes and we went to Chuck E Cheese, at Tommy and Drew's request for the last day of their summer.  Yep even at 13 and 15 they assured me "At Chuck E Cheese a kid can be a kid"...
Max had only been there once when he was a tiny baby, so he thought it was AWESOME.  This is where he spent MOST of his tokens.

Another funny....Mom, sometime I will explain this to you.

And we have had fun having a little girl here the last few Wednesdays, Blakely will be going to a full time day care starting next week.  Is it bad that I wish illnesses on children at that childcare so she has to stay with us every once in awhile?  :)  Not bad illnesses, just quick ones so she has to have a day or so here and there.  :)  We haven't had time to go for pedicures yet.

love this...

Another funny about the song Max loves...

Couldn't resist these for our littlest guy...

Found these old pictures...and drawings.  decided to hang them all back up.
It's sad to say that I don't even remember the last time Tommy drew me a picture.  :(  I am SO glad I have saved them.  Probably too many of them, but now they just make me SMILE to see them up on the walls again.

sigh and the handprints...

Back to school night for Jack...love his locker decode.  :)

GREAT reminders...

the official season tickets are HERE...

Max and Hinckley had fun in the pool on Monday...it's SO quiet there it's actually quite nice. We are heading back tomrorow for a few hours before it closes Monday.

Sweet Blakely was here today with us all day...

Attempting to pose some Olympic poses from Pinterest...not so easy.

Thanks for putting up with the randomness of my photo dump
If someone can talk God into turning the cool air on and be done with this heat I would REALLY appreciate it.  99 degrees is no longer FUN...not that it ever was.
