Today is Max's first day of Preschool or Prestool if you ask him. He was so excited to go. He is SO ready for something of his own and for school. I am glad we waited to send him until this year and just do 4 year old preschool. Scott stayed home so we could take him to Chick Fil A lunch and take him to school. His teacher's name is Mrs. Brehenny and his buddy Hinckley is in his class along with 6 other 4 year old boys. That saint Mrs. Brehenny...she will earn some extra jewels in her crown this school year. Yikes!
He will go to preschool 3 afternoons a week. Tuesday, Thursdays and Fridays. Originally I wasn't thrilled with the schedule but I have decided it's actually going to be a great fit for he and I. Snuggle time in the morning, take our time getting ready, run any errands we need to and then he will be at school in the afternoon and I can get caught up on stuff at home and perhaps even figure out dinner before 5 pm! NOW that would be amazing. Let's not hold our breath on that one though.
My goal right now is to get caught up on photo editing, this blog, and get the boys Shutterfly books started this year BEFORE December is here.
