When the boys were little my mom gave them tee shirts that said "Camp Grandma" on them...I will have to find a picture for you later with them. So cute...
Well through the years each of the boys have tried bible camp of one kind or another, and none of them have chosen to go again. One week and they were done, FOR life. Nothing we could say would talk them into trying it again. Guess they just aren't "campers".
In talking with Jack on the phone yesterday I asked if he wanted to come home...his response "not really"....and he was NOT kidding. He has had SO much fun with my Mom, and my Dad for the weekend with his cousin Charlie too. Well who really would ever want to leave all of this attention and spoiling?
As the week has gone on Drew and Tommy have been planning when THEY could go up, just them, with a friend but no brothers.
Bottom line is that Camp Grandma is STILL the hit and the place to be for Summer 2012! Registration is VERY limited so I better get them signed up! The cost....priceless! Thanks Mom...I love YOU.
