The morning after Christmas we packed it up and headed north...to the cabin. The boys were so excited to get up there, they were hoping for more snow than we had at home and excited to see family. The cabin is one of our favorite spots...quiet, family time and typically lots of good food. Cousins were coming too, which is always a hit since the boys don't have a TON of cousins, when they get to see them they are thrilled. Only Veda and Kale were missing.
There were lots of fires, cookies, boot hockey games, sledding runs, technology moments, football games and laughs. Family is a blessing and we don't take that for granted.
