Back to the lighthearted

Okay after 2 days of deep thoughts by Susan...it's back to pictures and the random every day stuff of the Shisler family.  :)

Just uploaded these pics off of our little camera, the one Scott throws in his pocket when he's heading out the door.  Not the best quality but captures those every day moments...

Drew and Tommy did a basketball camp this week at Grandview College, they LOVED it.  Drew is in the black and red playing a game.

Drew is playing in the last baseball tournament of the year this weekend...here is he is with his coaches at the tournament opening ceremony last night

Jack is playing baseball...again and more.  He wanted to play in the "second season" at our Little League fields, 2 blocks from home, and try out USSSA ball.  He had his first game last night.  There are only 8 games.

Tommy has been playing more and more golf.  He qualified at our Country Club on Monday to play in a tournament at another local Country club this morning...here he was before he played.  He has been playing very well.  There is NO hope of me EVER beating him again.  In my golf retirement, since my pregnancy with Max, he has FAR surpassed my skills.

Here he is getting instruction from their pro before he teed off.  He shot a 40, par is 35.  :)

He went from golf to finish the last day of the basketball camp...he is in the LONG black shorts and white tee.  :)

...and tonight, Scott and the big boys went to an ICubs baseball game.  This was on the boys summer bucket list, MORE ICubs baseball games.   They had a great time, caught a couple of tee shirts and had some snacks.  What more would you want at a ball game?

and while they were gone....
Max took a LONG bath, we put on our jammies and we snuggled to watch some Barney.  Max prefers to sit on the couch with a ball and play with it while the show is on, not really into watching the show.  But sure had fun with the ball and listening to the music.

That's all the lighthearted I have for now...more coming soon I am sure.
