Who we are praying for...

If you want to do a just some more praying this week we would appreciate that....these are some more of the people we are praying for...

Scott's older sister, Kathy, has finished up her chemo treatments for her breast cancer and is having surgery this Wednesday in Ohio. She has opted for a single mastectomy. Prayers for the cancer to be contained and easily removed. Prayers for the Doctors precision and wisdom. Prayers for peace for Kathy, and for their parents as they care for her during her recovery. Scott is in Ohio all week for a meeting and will see them on Thursday.

Prayers too, for my Dad, who started his radiation today for his prostate cancer. He fell asleep during his first treatment so I am guessing it wasn't terribly traumatic. ;) But prayers for complete and total healing for him as well.

And my poor Mom has developed an infection on her hand...from a combination of poison ivy and other bad weeds from the cabin. She has been working in her flower garden constantly at the cabin. She is on oral meds and creams all over her hand. It's pretty bad.

And please pray for Jean Larson, Cara's Mom, Charlie and Alice's other Gma, She's suffering from ALS. ugh my heart aches for their entire family. She was just diagnosed in November. You can click on her name to see her Caring Bridge site.
