Christmas Eve was really wonderful. Everyone had their shopping AND wrapping done. I opted out of making Christmas cookies this year, just had to let some things go…and asking the boys if it mattered to them with a resounding NO…as long as they had Jesus' birthday cake they were fine. Jesus Birthday cake was made…Boston Cream Pie….hmmm perhaps we should rename it "Santa's favorite cake".
Jack and I snuck off to take photos of his Kindergarten teacher and her family who were in town, sadly we got in a small accident on the way home…but no one was hurt. Just a little rear ender that Insurance ended up covering 100%. Thank you Lord and thank you Shelter Insurance.
We went to church that evening and the service was SO excellent. After church we picked up our now annual (2nd year in a row) PF Changs take out…which they didn't have ready when we got there, we had to wait a little…but they then gave it to us FREE with a gift card to come back. So Merry Christmas from PF Changs. We ate it, watched a Christmas Movie together…Elf, and the boys wrote their letters to Santa and headed off to let Sugarplums dance in their heads.

How they REALLY feel about me requesting photos at every location. AND yes…we let them all wear jeans…to church…on Christmas eve. Some things don't matter so much to me any more. :) My December theme…"Let it Go"
And yes Tommy has completely passed me now in height…he continues to grow like a weed!
