The boys took a 2 hour shift this morning ringing the bell for the Salvation Army. It was 18 degrees this morning. Brr... I brought Jack about halfway through and also brought some hot chocolates to the chilly bell ringers. We tried to remind the boys, as cold as they were, that there are people who LIVE out in this weather all the time.
